Q: What is your return/exchange policy? A: We will gladly accept the return of any item you are unhappy with. You must contact us and return the item within 30 days. When the item is received back, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price or an exchange...your choice. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable. Q: Can I place an order and have it sent as a gift? A: Absolutely, just leave us a note in the message section of the checkout page indicating this is a gift. We will not include an invoice and we will even include a gift card from you/your secret pal/sister. Please just let us know what you want written on the gift card. Q: When will my order ship? A: Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours. Unless paid with an echeck via PayPal. Then, your order will not ship until the echeck clears, which takes up to 5 days. Q: What is PayPal?
